STATEMENT TO CLIENTS
Following latest government advice for the public to socially distance themselves and our concerns around your health and welfare, we have taken the difficult decision to limit our face to face contact. As a preventative measure to help reduce the spread of the virus, we are now providing telephone, email and online support only.
We are not closing, and we will continue to do the very best we can to keep you informed and support you and your family but for now, that will be by other means than face to face meetings.
Your welfare and that of your family are paramount to us and please be assured this is a temporary measure to limit the spread of the virus. We will be resuming our usual service as soon as it is safe to do so.
Please refer to our website and social media pages for updates as this situation is changing very quickly and we will use these to provide information to people.
Please be advised that the Rape Crisis England and Wales (RCEW) Live Chat helpline is still operating as usual, details of how to access this are on the ARCH website here. and there is also a range of self-help resources available on the RCEW website.
Thank you for your support and understanding at this time.
