We are interested to hear from pro-active and enthusiastic women, who share our commitment to ending violence against women and girls. If you have skills in finance, fundraising, marketing, charity governance or business development we would also like to hear from you.
You will be asked to help us deliver our new strategy and we are looking for a commitment to:
Attend up to six board meetings per year:
Be responsive to communications between meetings.
Participate in training opportunities as applicable to the role.
Take the time to meet our team and be a visible trustee.
Represent ARCH at events from time to time.
We would especially welcome applications from black and minority ethnic women and younger women who are under-represented on our board. This position is unpaid, but expenses will be covered.
Interested? Email us at admin@archteesside.org for more information
Our centre offers a safe environment for you to come and talk. We offer women only spaces in our Middlesbrough office on a Wednesday 5-7pm, Friday 8.30-5pm, and in our Stockton & Hartlepool outreach venues.
